OP church acreage will house offices, apartments, senior facility – Kansas City Business Journal
The Overland Park Planning Commission on Monday advanced Colonial Presbyterian Church’s plans for development of two office buildings, a senior-living project and apartments on 10 acres north of the church’s Quivira campus at 12501 W. 137th St. The Planning Commission voted unanimously to rezone the acreage, previously zoned for single-family residential development, and to grant a special-use permit for the senior-living facility.
