Prefurbia design methods reduce infrastructure approx. 25% on average (paving, curbs, earthwork, etc.) while maintaining density compared to conventionally-designed suburban construction. The increased usable land becomes premium space that can be used for amenities, bigger lots, larger home pad sites, or increased park and open space.
