Meet Randy Richardson, president of Chicago-based Vi. The company, formerly known as Classic Residence by Hyatt, operates 10 continuing care retirement communities across the country. Richardson, who was recruited to Vi from outside the senior living industry, led the company through its growth and rebranding to Vi, post housing-crisis.
